Our Rigorous Training Process
Selected candidates undergo an intensive 30-day training program at our overseas facilities to ensure they're well-prepared before arriving in Singapore.Our comprehensive approach includes initial selection, training center transfer, accelerated learning, and final certification from qualified assessors and trainers.
Core Training Curriculum
Language Proficiency: Basic English communication skills essential for Singapore households, using interactive learning with individual headsets for direct trainer interaction, and cultural orientation covering Singapore customs.Modern Housekeeping: Hands-on training with contemporary household equipment including vacuum cleaners and washing machines, plus maintenance techniques for household furniture and fixtures.Culinary Skills: Practical training in basic Singaporean cooking techniques, safe operation of kitchen equipment including electric kettles, stoves, and ovens, and food safety practices.Infant and Child Care: Age-appropriate care techniques for babies and toddlers, child safety fundamentals and emergency responses, and developmental support activities.
Our Cost-Effective Training Approach
We've found that conducting training in the workers' home countries is more efficient and cost-effective than Singapore-based training.
